What To Expect from TRDC

Honesty.

If you're wanting "yes-men" then you don't want us. There are plenty of Consultants that you can call who will tell you what you want to hear. We'll tell you our honest evaluation of the situation... even if it means that we tell you that we can't or won't do it.

We are staunch believers that your Technology Consultant (TC) MUST EARN YOUR TRUST. Many times the TC will have access to sensitive information. A relationship with your TC, built on trust, is essential.

What to Expect on the First Visit?

Unless there is a technology emergency, the first visit by the TC will be only to evaluate your environment. The TC will not be there to make sweeping edicts, recommend changes, or even offer initial impressions. The TC will listen, watch, ask questions, take notes, and LISTEN some more. They will be there to hear what you want to do, where you want to go, and even listen to stories about children or grandchildren.

Once the TC has left the site, he or she will return to our offices to consider what was learned, discuss the visit with other TC's, and do research. Then he or she will report back with reasoned and complete information.

If the TC is there to remedy an urgent problem, then that's what they will do.
